Obtain PA LA Credits by reading articles in Landscape Architecture Magazine
Are you a few credits short for renewal of your LA license? ASLA National is now offering readers a chance to earn 1 CEU by reading the Research and Design Connections section of the LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE MAGAZINE and returning a short multiple choice test available through www.asla.org. According to Ron Leighton (ASLA Education Coordinator), the program is strictly a paper test at present. The long-range plan is for LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE MAGAZINE to offer this type of test on a quarterly basis. This program would fall under the "distance education" part of the PA CEU rules and regulations and as such only 5 credits per relicensure period would be available under this program.
